How much space do you need?
We typically require about 5 m × 5 m of clear space (or approximately 16 ft × 16 ft), with enough clearance for swing height and backstop. For premium setups with full nets or extra branding, more space may be needed. Contact us and we’ll help confirm based on your venue.
Can the simulator be used both indoors and outdoors?
Yes — our setups are designed to work both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting). For outdoor events, we need a firm, level surface and protection from rain. If adverse weather is forecast, we’ll coordinate a backup plan or alternate setup.
What are the power requirements?
We need a standard 13A mains socket (UK) within 10 meters of the simulator. If your venue lacks accessible power, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
Is it safe for children and non-golfers?
Absolutely. For children and casual users, we supply soft foam balls and protective netting. Staff will supervise swing zones and ensure safety protocols. Non-golfers are welcome to try mini-games and fun challenges.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
Setup typically takes 60–90 minutes, and breakdown about 30–60 minutes. We schedule arrival well before your event start to ensure everything is ready in time.
Do the packages include prizes or trophies?
Prizes and trophies are optional add-ons. We can arrange awards for competition winners (longest drive, closest to pin, etc.). You choose the style and value, and we handle presentation.
What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 60 days’ notice for a full refund of the deposit (if paid). Cancellations within 7 days may incur partial forfeiture of deposit. If the weather forces cancellation on the day and we can’t safely proceed, we’ll offer a credit or reschedule.
How soon should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for weddings, corporate events, and high-demand periods. For smaller events, we may have some availability with shorter notice — just check with us.
Do you travel outside your region?
Yes — we serve the greater UK. For events outside our base area, travel costs (fuel, overnight stay if needed) may apply as an additional charge. We’ll provide a travel quote based on your event’s location.
